Community Hospital Network

Quality of Life at the End of Life

The Dublin Community Hospital Network was established in 2010. The Network comprises of representatives from residential care settings, HSE local health offices, acute hospitals, specialist palliative care services, primary care services, HIQA and voluntary organisations. The purpose of the Network is to facilitate end of life care improvements in residential care settings at policy and planning level.  Over 20 residential care settings (see below) are participating, and meet four times per year.
