Where to go for help

 Most people find their own way through the pain and difficulties of bereavement with support from family and friends.  However, sometimes it can be helpful to seek additional information or support from people who are trained to help those who are grieving. 

There are three ‘levels’ of bereavement support available:

Level 1: Information about bereavement

Level 2: Bereavement support 

Level 3: Counselling/psychotherapy
