The 100 Miles in April Challenge launches today! This is a challenge whereby you walk, run or cycle 100 miles over the month of April in whatever location is suitable to you. You can walk with friends, family, colleagues from work on lunch breaks, your dog, or on your own listening to a podcast or simply taking in the joyful sights of Spring – it’s up to you!
There’s no denying, it’s a tough challenge, but you will be helping us raise vital funds to support our work in end-of-life and bereavement care, whilst getting fit and improving your health and wellbeing.
When you sign up and set up a fundraiser, you will receive a Welcome Pack with a fab beanie hat, your welcome letter and your personal tracker so you can note down your day-to-day progress and share on your personal fundraising page.
At the end of the challenge you will receive our newly designed end of challenge medal.
You could also do this challenge with others as a team. It would be motivating, fun and can be a brilliant team-building exercise. If you’d like support getting your community or workplace involved, please email Emma on [email protected]
