IHF Cycle Challenge 2024
Atlantic to Mediterranean
We are delighted to announce that the IHF Cycle Challenge 2024 will see us take on a stunning route across the South of France, beginning in Biarritz on the Bay of Biscay and ending in Canet Plage on the Mediterranean. The route travels along the foothills of the Pyrenees, taking in the former Royal City of Pau and the UNESCO world heritage town of Carcassonne. Those looking for a greater challenge and to tackle hillier terrain in the Pyrenees will have the opportunity to take on the fantastic Tourmalet, one of the original climbs of the Tour de France.
We invite cyclists of varying levels to take on this stunning 500km+ cycle. You will explore some of the most beautiful parts of France whilst raising vital funds for Irish Hospice Foundation.
Where: Biarritz to Canet Plage
When: Sunday 30th June – Saturday 6th July 2024

About IHF’s Annual Cycle Challenge
The Cycle Challenge is our largest and longest standing fundraising events. Since it was established in 2009, the event has raised over €2.2 million. With the funds raised, thousands of families have been cared for by our Nurses for Night Care service, as we provide over 2,000 nights of care every year.
