Mary and Paul were married 49 years. You can see them here all dressed up on their very first date a dinner dance at the Shelbourne Hotel.
It’s coming up to three years now since a long and cruel disease took Mary’s life.
“Mary died in my arms. She never had a bad word to say about anyone, did Mary. I miss her so much.”
Paul told us, his voice cracking.
But even though Paul says his life feels empty without her, he knows he was blessed to have had his Mary at home, wrapped in the warmth of his love, until the very end.
