Changing Minds Seminars

As part of the IHF’s Changing Minds programme, a series of regional seminars were held throughout Ireland. The aim of the seminars was to raise awareness of the role and benefits of the palliative care approach for people with dementia and to showcase Irish Projects promoting the palliative care needs of people with dementia.
