The Irish Hospice Foundation is offering up to 5 bursaries to community based health and social care professionals to attend the Inaugural SPICT international conference in Edinburgh on February 2nd 2018. The SPICT tool is used to help health and social care professionals identify people at risk of deteriorating and dying with one or multiple advanced conditions for holistic, palliative care needs assessment and care planning.
The conference will highlight innovations in patient identification and care planning using SPICT as well as demonstrate how SPICT is being used across the world.
The maximum bursary awarded is €320. This will contribute towards travel and accommodation as well as conference attendance/registration that will be arranged via the Irish Hospice Foundation.

Please include your name, contact details and a brief outline of how this conference may impact on your clinical practice. Successful applicants will be asked to write a blog post after conference attendance that will shared on EHospice Ireland.
