Your charity tax back form is on the way…
Dear Supporters, thank you so much for you generous support of our work. It has made a huge difference to everyone in Ireland facing end of life.
But you can now make your generosity go even further – at no extra cost to you.
In the coming days some of you will receive a letter from us with an enclosed CHY3 Cert that will enable us to reclaim tax paid on your generous donation(s) to us in the past. All you need to do is complete it with your PPS number, date and signature and return it in the freepost envelope provided in the pack. That’s it! It will NOT cost you a single cent. It will NOT affect your personal finances or tax status. There are NO catches. In these simple 3 steps you can release the full potential of your generous gift(s) to us.
So please respond quickly and return your completed form as soon as possible. It will save us sending you a reminder letter later on in the year and reduce our administrative costs.
