The Time to Reflect survey is our invitation to the people of Ireland to share what it was like to be confronted with death and bereavement during the pandemic.

Every story counts. Share yours

Approximate time to complete: 10 minutes

We would like to hear from as many people as we can across Ireland. We would like to hear from those who were bereaved and those who were not. From those who worked on the frontline, those who were forced to cocoon and everyone in between. From those who struggled to get by and those who did not.

Wherever you live, whoever you are and whatever your experience, we invite you to share your thoughts and experiences with us. By taking part, you will also be able to share your thoughts on what you want to for end-of-life and bereavement care in the future.

We will use what you share with us to develop our own services and to advocate for better end-of-life and bereavement care for every person in Ireland in the months and years ahead.

The survey will be open until the end of November 2021.

It’s important that you know how the information you share will be stored and used before you take part. For that reason, please read the Time to Reflect Information Leaflet here. As you will read, the survey is anonymous and no identifying information about you will be collected.

For anyone who isn’t able to use the web version, we’ll be launching PDF and paper versions of the survey in November 2021. If you’d like us to send a paper version to you, please email us at [email protected]
