IHF DELIGHTED TO BE PART OF ULSTER BANK ‘ONE WEEK IN JUNE’ CAMPAIGN

Ulster BankThe Irish Hospice Foundation is delighted to be involved in the Ulster Bank ‘One Week in June’ campaign.

Ulster Bank’s annual fundraising campaign, One week in June, takes place over the month of June culminating in a series of events from June 20th to June 26th. Staff and customers come together to raise money and awareness for charity.

The campaign, which is in its 4th year, encourages Ulster Bank staff and customers to get involved through whichever form of fundraising they wish.

Customers can get involved by taking part in their local branch’s fundraising efforts, by donating directly in their branch or online at www.ulsterbank.ie

The One Week in June Just Giving pages are live and people can donate at this link https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/OWIJIrishHospiceFoundation

The Irish Hospice Foundation receives no core state funding and rely on public donations to fund our work.

Initiatives like this are hugely important to us and we would like to extend heartfelt thanks to all the staff and customers of Ulster Bank.  Their support is helping us make better end-of-life care a reality across Ireland.

The Irish Hospice Foundation is a national charity working for better end-of-life care everywhere.  Fundamental to our work is the belief that people have the right to die with respect and dignity.  Our programmes bring hospice care and principles to people where they are – in their local communities, their local hospital, residential facility or the family home.  We also spend resources on up-skilling existing health-care professionals so they can provide the best quality care.
