IHF Cycle Challenge 2024 – Atlantic to Mediterranean

A huge thanks and well done to all the wonderful participants who took on IHF Cycle Challenge 2024! From June 30 – July 6, 2024, the cyclists started in Biarritz and cycled over 570km to reach Canet Plage. It was a tough week, with the cyclists facing all kinds of weather, challenging terrain and taking on the iconic climb the Tourmalet.

We had many long-term supporters join us again this year, along with a great cohort of new cyclists. It was a fabulous group, and we are incredibly proud of their achievement and so grateful for their support.

About IHF’s Annual Cycle Challenge

The Cycle Challenge is our largest and longest standing fundraising events. Since it was established in 2009, the event has raised over €2.2 million. With the funds raised, thousands of families have been cared for by our Nurses for Night Care service, as we provide over 2,000 nights of care every year.

We thank Kingspan for their support for the 2024 Cycle Challenge, our tour company Cycling Safaris and all of the wonderful participants that have taken on the challenge over the years.
