On Tuesday, February 27, 2024, join Irish Hospice Foundation at IHF Forum on End of Life, our biennial national conference on dying, death and bereavement.
About IHF Forum on End of Life 2024
This year’s theme is “Dying and Grieving Well in Our Communities.” Throughout the one-day conference, we’ll explore this theme through keynote presentations, expert Q&A panels, and breakout discussion groups. Topics will include the Lancet Commission Report on the Value of Death, navigating the complex systems of care, how our communities respond to those complexities and how we can talk and learn more.
Keynote speakers include Dr Libby Sallnow, Palliative Medicine Consultant, and Julie Ling, CEO of the European Association of Palliative Care, who both bring unique and forward-thinking approaches to dying, death and bereavement.
IHF Forum 2024 is taking place at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland’s Heritage Centre in Dublin 2. We invite policy and decision-makers, professionals, researchers, funders, and community workers to attend and contribute to these ‘Courageous Conversations.’
