Q. When will the draw take place?
A. The draw will take place on August 8th 2023

Q. How will winners be notified?
A. Winners will be notified by phone and details will be posted on our website.

Q. I don’t have a debit/credit card. Is there another way to purchase a ticket?
A. You can Freepost a cheque/postal order (payable to Irish Hospice Foundation) to: Irish Hospice Foundation, Morrison Chambers (4th floor), 32 Nassau Street, FREEPOST F920, Dublin 2. Alternatively, please call our Raffle Hotline on 1800 211 861.

Q. Will I be entered into the Seller’s draw?
If you buy or sell a full book of tickets you will automatically be entered into our Seller’s draw.

Q. Can I order additional books of tickets?
A. To order another book of tickets, please call our Raffle Hotline on 1800 211 861.

Q. After purchasing online, will I receive an actual ticket in the post?
A. No. After purchasing your ticket on our website you will receive an immediate confirmation email, and later another email with your ticket number(s).

Q. Do I need to be over 18 to enter the raffle? 
A. Yes, only people aged 18 and over can enter and no prizes will be given to those aged under 18.  We may need to ask your age if your ticket wins a prize.
